What is it?

My ‘Restore Your Pelvic Floor Program’ is an online course for you to complete at home, in your own time.  Each session adds to the previous one so you can build strength as you go.

Who Needs This Program?

If you are experiencing bladder leakage when you sneeze/cough or exert yourself then you will benefit from this program.

Is This Progam Only For PostNatal Women?

Not at all!  The Restore Your Pelvic Floor program is for anyone experiencing the effects of a pelvic floor which is struggling to work effectively.  This may present as a urgency or frequent visits to the bathroom, or bladder leakage when under pressure.

My contemporary and highly effective approach to pelvic floor dysfunction places a strong emphasis on a comprehensive full-body methodology. We kick things off from the ground, working our way up through the body. Together, we’ll pinpoint muscles, fascia, and other structures, including your posture, that require attention—whether that means lengthening, strengthening or even changing the way you move—to help alleviate the symptoms associated with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Why does this matter, you ask? Because the body functions as a whole, not in isolated parts—when one area is out of balance, it can create a ripple effect throughout your entire system.
